Of course, I don't think an EP has to give out as many bids as they're eligible, so that might not be the best indicator.
That's what I thought it meant too.For level 5's I would say Triple Crown would be NCA, Cheersport, and Worlds? I know that doesn't apply to all team's though. Maybe replace UCA with Summit once that becomes a bigger, successful comp.
i would say although the majors is a big competition its hard to include because many teams decline the invitation. same with uca, for large senior it was just stars and peach. cheersport for sure cause almost everyone was there, worlds, and im not sure what i think would be the third. just my thoughts though :)
EPs have to award all of the paid bids. It's part of their contract with USASF and serves as their annual dies.
I didn't think they had to award all that they were eligible for. They have to award all that they advertise for though.
How about calling NCA-CHEERSPORT-UCA the "Varsity Brands Triple Crown"?
Curious how many people actually go to all 3.
at UCA every level 5 team got a bid and they still had 5 extra at large bids..
Yes, last year's debacle with NCA giving out more bids than announced, didn't Justin say that they were eligible to give out 8, but only advertised 7? So when they had an issue they went to the USASF and said "hey can we give out the extra bid we're eligible for?"
