Tuck Drills With 0 Equipment Except Some Mats

I coach a very large tumbling class (27 girls) and some of the girls need to start working on their tucks. The gym is EXTREMELY limited in equipment. We work on dead mats, have an air tumble trak, a very small cheese mat, and some small barrels (not even big enough for the teenage girls). We also have two folded mats.

What are some good tuck drills? I love jump drills but we don’t have a high/soft enough platform.

And as an added bonus: any good BHS drills for strong arms/shoulders, not piking over/undercutting, or straight/together legs?
