When i think of back handsprings. I think legs(quads) and abs. Legs obviously to push off the ground, and abs to snap out of the skill.

what are some things that i can do everyday that will make my backhandspring better? i have them easily but they are not perfect...
Handstand snapdowns, squats to work on leg strength, abs to make it easier to snap over in the handspring, shoulder flexibility stretches (sit on the ground with your knees bent and stretch your arms behind you as far as you can trying to touch your pinkies together or kneel on the ground and put your hands on a couch or something flat and have someone push your shoulders down), arm stretches, lie on the ground and slap your arms backwards onto a mat as hard as you can to help with the jump and swing of your arms going into the handspring, handstand pops, bridges/backbends :)
