So I have to do a front walkover roundoff back handspring etc... but my problem is my front walkover isn't great.. I can do one from a few steps into a hurdle which is what I have to do but I cant seem to get into a good roundoff after that. My roundoff by itself is good but I allways seem to either go skew or just have a very messy/weak roundoff after doing my front walkover which means my back handspring is floppy and then my tuck fails. HELP PLEASE!

Try reaching really far into the front handspring. Make the steps before the hurdle longer than you normally would, then stretch the hurdle out as long as you can (when I FHS, I trick myself and hurdle as far forward as I do for a round off), and then reach as far as away from your legs as you can.
