Tumbling Pass Legality?

I just found this new tumbling pass and was wondering if it is legal in cheerleading and what level. It's called an onodi and it's a backhandspring that twist into a front walkover kind of thing.

An onodi is listed under level 4 running tumbling rules as an exception to "upto 1 flipping and 0 twisting rotations". Not so sure about standing, I would guess l5 but you'd probably want to get someone else to check that :)
