So, you can throw more difficult tumbling passes in gymnastics than in cheer. That is not fair! :(

This confuses me, does this mean a if you do round off back handspring double, that after the double there has to be a bhs, or there just cant be anything besides a back handspring after it?

Backhandspring before it. So for example no whip doubles.

Also if you read here, starting 2014-2015 only seniors can wear half tops.

The only rule I like is the bottom age on senior teams. I think 10 is pretty reasonable. But everything else, I strongly dislike.

Yeah, but some gyms have already created teams for this year. My 9 year old made a level 3 senior team. We are not a BIG gym. So, if I understand it right she would have to be moved to a junior team. Whuch means (at our gym) even though she has a standing back tuck, layouts, etc. she would have to go back to competeting a level 2 team.

no crop tops for junior and under ??? i think that's a little ridiculous, now all these gyms are going to have to order new uniforms and it is going to cost parents a lot of money

seems like now the judging will be based upon more of the technical side of tumbling then the actual skill being thrown & how many are throwing the skill on the team?!

This is awful!!! What are they going to work on? My daughters favorite thing is tumbling and working on new skills. They are single handily killing the sport. I don't think it's right to punish the cps because gyms won't take the ownise and teach properly
