I understand your point but at the same time, British cheerleaders need to understand the point I made. This has NOTHING to do with competitive cheerleading. This is 100% about a sideline cheerleading team, and none of the competitive teams that were on there/are on there still are as good for that as the dance teams.

Wouldnt have a problem with a sideline/pom team winning of they were very talented - standard i know some uk pom teams are at, however, people were saying the crystals were the best thing to happen to british cheerleading the best in the country, no other team could ever compare and world class etc, which isnt really true, for me it was more about getting some allstsr teams through to the top 5 just to get people to see the difference and not end up with all the top 5 being nfl style or pom dance, im happy now there is a proper range of styles represented. The issue i think was that initially they asked for the best cheerleading team in the UK it has gradually become apparent however that the high flying allstar stunts etc was not what they were really lookong for, its more as a crowd pleaser during games than a performance and people to walk round the venue, by the sounds of it the crystals are lovely people and im sure will be good at that, but they arent the initially advertised best in british cheerleading
