Hi I just wanted some advice. I was at a competition competing and while the competition was running behind warm up was on time which lead to waiting up to 30 mins to compete after warming up and unfortunately led to quite a high level of injuries in all the levels including level 1
So 2 questions:
is this normal
and how is the best way to keep warm to avoid injury
