I get my 3" ribbon from tea party ribbons and mystique from spandex world.

I get my spandex from spandex world as well, and my 3" grosgrain from hairbowcenter.com :)

I ordered last year shortly before worlds for practice bows, but I used paypal and didn't have the money in my account, so they had to pull it from my bank. I didn't realize it would take sooo long, so I called her up and she was super sweet and took my credit card info over the phone and shipped it right away so I would get it on time.

I use spandex world for fabric and ribbonretreat for ribbon. If you're a business there is ribbonretreatwholesale that is cheaper but you have to order in a minimum of 20 yards.

I feel like they could find things cheaper then with yella ribbon, I normally go with Spandex World and Ribbonretreat
