I had a cricket once...it was at this authentic Mexican restaurant. It was a really cool place. Can't say I remember the taste much though lol
Other than that, probably escargots, which was actually delicious!

At a family reunion for my dad's side, he tricked me into eating rocky mountain oysters...aka pig testicles. I should have known better from my uncle chuckling in the corner but I was 8 and didn't catch on. Bleh.

I googled cow stomach and found some images. It looks a bit like coral, but without pretty colors.

Never eaten one, but I can say that stepping on one is not a pleasant experience. Excruciating.

Alligator is the weirdest thing I've eaten. Probably not weird to a lot of people, but I am not the person that eats weird food.
