We use the no limit adrenalines the 6.4 ounce wieght it has the "punch pad feature" that helps amplify height while maintaining the durability and strength of the actual sneakers. :)

My school ordered Power Cheer shoes (for games) 2 years ago and they hold up perfectly (unless you grow out of them). We also got infinitys for competition but the kind we bought didn't go over very well with the team!
