What does your team do during the summer at conditioning. Stretches,tumbling skills, formation ?
 
My team gets summer workout sheets which include doing a day of arms and core, a day of legs and core, and then a day of an hour run. It works really well and gets you ready for the season. For tumbling we make goal sheets for different major competitions of the season
