I think about my running tumbling pass all throughout the routine, which i need to change because it scares me to death. Right before I go I think run hard and pull fast and hope to god you land

hahah yess! thats always good motivation!I have to get extremely mad to tumble so in the corner i think about the one thing that makes me angry and that is my bf's ex-gf lol
when i tumble, i try to think about the pass i am doing, but it's usually something more like this-
before- "dang, my ankle hurts. arg, suck it up, suck it up, suck it up"
during- "owww, my ankle really hurts. find the floor, find the floor."
after- "holy mother of god my ankle hurts like a mofo! walk it off, walk it off."
and yep, that's about it.
