Getting yelled at by my track coach for pointing my toes while running hurdles or trying to wear a huge sequin bow to a meet. My excuse: sorry, flexed feet are against my religion and I perform better when a bow is on my head.

even though I stopped cheering 5 years ago, being forced to flex my feet in yoga class was quite a struggle this morning. I feel like those instincts will never leave.

My PT does not understand why I always must point my feet while doing whatever torture they give me to do.
