What Level Is This Legal?

So one of my friends pass last year (level 3) was round off, rebound and half turn, punch front (she lands the round off jump half turn, and when she lands the half turn, punch fronts)

It's hard to describe, but we were wondering if she added a back tuck, so round off tuck, rebound half turn, punch front, what level would this be legal?

If this doesn't make sense I can try to get a video.

I'm assuming level four, because you're continuing movement out of a tuck into essentially another skill.
