All-Star When Are Cheersport Worlds Bids Announced?

Looking at the Cheersport Nationals Awards Schedule, I see the Summit Bids announcement times. Can someone who has been there before, tell me when the Worlds bids are announcd? Is it at the last Worlds awards ceremony wich looks likeit will be at 3:20pm?

They are announced as the level 5 awards are going on. Usually they will announce if a team is getting a bid when they announce what place they got.
