Semantics, love it, triple stretch and double tock. Do you agree it is a triple stretch double tock? If I used it wrong accept my sincere apologies.

Yea that would be closer to right. Its just a little thing that i've noticed whenever people say it. Because a regular tick tock isnt a double tick tock. People seemed to jump right over double and go to triple.
And if i told someone i have a triple stretch in my routine it wouldn't make sense.

Real quick.... Senior Elite doesn't do a triple tick tock. There are 2 releases therefore it would be a double tick tock. 1+1=2

I was just about to say that. People get confused because they see 3 stretches.

Excellent point. If a single tick tock is two body positions/1 release, then it stands to reason that 3 body positions/2 releases would be a double tick tock
