All-Star Wildcard Summit Question

This was a D1 bid. The team that outscored them was a D1 team. It was a Jamfest event.

I don't see any Jamfesr declarations for wildcard bids, but their regular bid declaration is pretty much that they give it to whom they choose to..with some events having level specifications, but some not.

ETA: kind of sad though that some comps stick to the stated intent behind the Varsity WC bid declaration and some don't:( Though the Varsity wording definitely leaves loopholes
