All-Star Working Out Outside Of Practice?

I'm on an open team so much of my workouts happen outside of team practice (which is only once a week). So twice a week I go to the cheer gym for tumbling. Then on the days im not at the gym, im running, stretching for like 20 min (which really really has helped me, I wake up feeling more refreshed after nights that I stretch), then core. I am totally a treadmill runner, its hard for me to run outside, besides shin spints, im so picky about the weather (too hot too cold too humid) so inside running works best for me! but I like to switch it up, like doing intermittent sprints and such, I think that helps with my asthma, because last night I didnt even need me inhaler =)

Sidenote: Im a back and already stacked (muscle wise) dont look like a man but have clear diffinition. Lifting weights wont give you man-arms, just keep the weight amount low and your reps high! you see a (good) difference! promise!
