Okay so I can watch my feed perfect on my phone but it doesn't even show up on my laptop

You could try to open a new tab with Jostens (use ctrl + left mouse click), that's what I did and was able to switch back and forth between them. Or then if that feed didn't load, I didn't lose the other venue. I have both venues currently open in two different tabs and just mute the one I'm not watching.
