So what would be the most fair alternative for teams that did perform ok tonight (ie F5). Give all LAG the option to perform tomorrow or keep tonight's score? If you decide to compete tomorrow you must use that score.

Agree whole heartedly, this is so sad for the kids--but still, the fairness of a redo seems like even more trouble brewing.

At this point they just need to get a move on with awards. It's late but I guarantee none of those kids want to wait to get their placements until tomorrow. And there's no crossovers so it's not like they HAVE to be up early to compete tomorrow (coaches may though). And I don't want them to redo finals... I want them to fix it for next year. But what about KC Cheer, Pittsburgh... They hit. Would SUCK if they hit (in the same conditions as everyone else give or take 40 minutes - it's late either way) and then fell in the redo of finals.
