I totally had a feeling that there was a tie but i convinced myself that i was just being sad that BSB didnt win and now its actually true and im devastated. I dont want to say "its not fair" but it kinda sucks

This is probably a dumb question but why is USASF against ties? If both teams hit and scored the same why wouldn't they both deserve to be world champions? A tie doesn't take anything away from either team I don't think
