All-Star Worlds Bid Declarations?

Are EPs required to post bid declarations on website? Viewing the "road to worlds" some have them and others don't. If not, are bids distributed at the EPs discretion?

I don't think there's any requirement, no. I posted what I can find, and I've emailed a bunch of EPs to ask for a bid declaration if I couldn't find one. But nope, as far as I know, they can give bids however they want and they don't have to publicly post it.
