Rant: I am frustrated to look at a competition performance order for this weekend where there are 6 Worlds bids (2 paid and 4 at large) and only 7 total worlds teams competing... I realize that every competition company has different numbers every season and you can't predict who will be...

Could you please tell me if a team already has, let's say an at large bid at a competition, and they are in the top half in line to receive another bid (at large, partial, or paid) does the bid get moved to the next team in line? I hope that makes sense.

Are EPs required to post bid declarations on website? Viewing the "road to worlds" some have them and others don't. If not, are bids distributed at the EPs discretion?

I apologize if this has been answered previously. If a team turns down an at-large bid, are they still eligible to receive another at-large bid at a subsequent competition?
