I am upset enough as a fan, but I feel horrible for the parents/families at home who paid to watch their child's team and now can't. The fact that USASF is not even acknowledging the problem right now is shameful. Someone needs to at least let us know that they know what's happening and are attempting to fix it.

I tweeted USASF and told them that if they could not accommodate a large volume of traffic then they should have limited the amount of subscriptions sold.

They had no issue taking money yet getting them to deliver a product (in my case) has been an all day affair... I have the email chain to prove it.
