All-Star Worlds Lottery/general Schedule

sorry if this was already said somewhere else, but does anyone know when the general schedule will be posted and when the worlds lottery is this year?? can't seem to find any info.

I'm pretty sure cheerUpdates tweeted that the lottery will be on April 8th.
