Is there a general schedule posted for what time frame divisions are competing. I can't seem to find it!

I don't think there is one yet. I thought it usually comes out before the lottery.

I haven't seen one. It seems as soon as that comes out the mystery divisions on the baseball field will be answered and I know THAT thread will be stuck at the top for a while after that happens (regardless of whatever division(s) it is).

I can not imagine competing outside on a hot summer afternoon in florida. It gets in the upper 90s here around 12p-4p. They will have to provide some type of shaded area or something. As a spectator I also would not want to pay the full price of a finals session ticket to sit outside in the heat sweating.
