Dear ALL coaches,
Please teach your flyers how to do a high v and not have broken wrist in the air. Nothing annoys a judge more then seeing a double up, 360 ball up stretch nailed, but the flyers wrist are broken... It's poor technique and looks atrocious!

exactly, i feel bad for the athletes that work so hard and they think they actually have a chance at worlds. :( props tho to all these amazing teams!!!!!!!!!!!
