Sorry, no refund allowed. That was very specific, with reference to where in the used agreement I could find it, when I contacted support.
This was yesterday when comaints of buffering. Skipping, freezing, blank screens etc.... Were the issue.
Supports response was it had to be on my end.
@Andre @RulesGuy I know this is out of your control but does the usasf even pay attention to the issues we experience?
