All-Star Young Athlete Gym Scholarship Program Through Varsity

Does anyone know how you apply for this? It appears to be one that is needs based and the money can be applied to your all star gym for your CP's all star fees. I see the video, but not an application. Are there any other scholarships similar to this? If so, please share information. Thanks
