This division seems to have the usual talented teams like Brand0n, Smoed.... But I have recently seen new upcoming talent like Prodigy Midnight, Rockstar and I also heard that South Elite went small (I could be wrong tho) NCA predictions????????

I need to get my upper body stronger to help with my coed. I can nearly press to the top, I'm just having a little bit of trouble. What is some conditioning I can do to help with this?

I have heard rumors of numerous amount of teams switching to small coed. For example Gym Time platinium, South elite diamonds, Alaska allstars. Is their any verification on these? Also do you think their is a team that has a chance at beating smoed? Perhaps a team new to small coed?
