Hi all, I'm new here. I've been trying to get my daughter to land her standing full. She's been landing on her knees. She's 11 and have her running full, standing tucks, layouts...she's a level 5 all star cheer this year. Some tips would be great.

My gym really wants me to excell, and to go to level 5. I'm trying to get my full (on trampoline). When I try to do it, I whip, and do everything right, but i end up doing a demented tuck. Some people say I have to whip my neck with it, but I've tried and it's only gotten me to a half. Others...
I have a standing full kind of on and off. I only have tumbling once a week and I know the obvious answer is to get in the gym more but at my college we only have access to the gymnastics gym once a week. Are there any drills I can do at home throughout the week to help me keep my standing full?
