High School 2012-2013 New High School Uniforms

I am a new head coach this season and we have new uniforms! Varsity AND JV! However, I think I am going to try next year and get new skirts for one of the old shells. We will have to see. :)

and lets not forget that a nice bow can give an old uniform a new look.....lol...check out my website at cheerstones.net and let me know what you think....I just started selling online, but have been doing bows for various teams locally for many years now....

Are you looking to surprise them with the actual physical uniform or the idea that they are getting new uniforms?

Having a team meeting whith the impression that they are in trouble. Get one of your recently graduaged cheerleader to get dressed in full uniform, included bow and when they are all sitting there ready for the meeting, have the fully dressed cheerleader walk out and model their new uniform....should be fun.

On a side note, if you don't already have bows, check out my website at cheerstones.net. I do custom rhinestone bows with school name (initials invarsity letters) or logos.

our coach did that. All summer she had us thinking we were getting this one uniform that she knew we all HATED, but then one practice she called all the seniors into the other room for a senior meeeting, and then when they came back, they had on the new uniforms, totally different from the ones she told us we were getting. I was in love with them. We were all shocked that she was able to pull off the surprise but it was great and so worth it!!

I am waitin for our prototype to come in!!! I am dying to see it!! I went a little bling crazy but it going to be phenomenal!! Can't wait to post pictures!!!

We got new uniforms (with blue shell) last year in time for basketball, but they were white-which is fine for cheering at basketball games because their uniforms are also white but our football team has blue jerseys and grey pants with red stripe-no white whatsoever! The school pays for the uniform but we bought the shell (which has the stripes sewn in the sleeve-very itchy according to my CP and she hates stuff around her neck), the bloomers, bows and shoes. We don't pay a rental fee either. The skirt is A-line which most everybody hates, and the top is boxy, some girls had them taken in, and coach was not happy. We get new bows every year, bc they fall apart. Really need a better bow person. Our school name changed, so now uniform just had mascot name instead of school initials.

We sort of got new uniforms... our team wore them for nationals last year and now they're our competition uniforms... they're cute, but cost us 16 points in deductions at regionals! because the tops ride up :/ but we are getting black leotards to wear under them at state and nationals so we don't have that problem.

Are the Tops separate from the skirt? My daughters school got velcro sewed in to combat that problem :)

we got 3 uniforms this year. The striping matches on all of them so we can mix and match for a total of 9 combos (not including using body liners). Here are a few of the possibilities:
