When I was working and couldn't watch the live feed, I kept up with everything here:
Olympic Live Blog: Women's Gymnastics Individual All-Around - The Daily Fix - WSJ

They give great updates of the entire competition, and are kinda funny. It's worth keeping up on the screen and checking every few minutes. I do this and then watch the actual routines during primetime.

Gabby is in first, Aly in 4th after 2 rotations. I think about .4 separates 1st and 3rd and Aly is a point behind 3rd.
