Just saw on twitter. WC teams getting new unis: Electra, Lites, Ody, Stars

I cannot wait...Electra was the only one without new uniforms last year!

please please let shooting stars bring back the old uniforms with the shooting stars down the sleeve:cloud9:

chances are it will never happen :( i believe those uniforms are retired!

Maybe they will just get new ones for worlds 2014 and wear the worlds 2013 ones for the season since that has been the way they have been doing and they are just trying to let parents know up front.

I hate when teams with uniforms that I love get new uniforms but I also like it because it's cool to see what new thin they come up with

im kinda surprised that world cup lets the athletes sell their old uniforms, granted i doubt many of them do, but whats the point in selling the old ones, that they will never use again, if they constantly get new ones. or is it just an exclusive gym thing, when it comes to selling.

Finally got to see our gym's new uniform sketch. It is beautiful, but almost entirely white. Cp is as white as a ghost so I was hoping for blue. I also love that there are no cut outs so she can wear a regular sports bra under it. And the bottoms are skorts with skirt in front and shorts in back.

Obviously the athlete is only selling the Uni if it is still being used. Some may be selling because they are no longer on that team or maybe they needed to size up/down.

What I meant was we had the oldest uniforms on the gym, ody had gotten new ones the year before! :)

i'm guessing lites will be getting a full top? (or getting new uniforms next season, too?) i'll definitely be interested to see what they come up with! i've yet to dislike a WC design, so I'm excited to see their take on fulltops.

What I love about some programs such as Stingray Allstars, is that they do not treat their level five athletes any different then their other athletes uniform wise! I believe that cheer is become more of a fashion show with the high level teams, which kind of sucks because a team like panthers killed it at Worlds this year, but everyone was just focused on their new uni!

I see both sides of this.
On one side- it makes the whole gym feel level and is great for the younger kids not to feel bad and looked down on for their different unis.
But I love the idea of the level 5's having another day 2 uni. Because it gives them that special uniform that they feel honored to wear! Idk about anybody else, but when I walked around in my white uni I felt pretty flippin awesome.

As much as I loved WCSS' Worlds uniforms, they really didn't scream Shooting Stars to me. I'm excited to see what they come up with- I'd love the return of the Shooting sleeve, I feel like it's as iconic as their cheetah bows.
