And that's only half of their elite stunt. I am so excited for all of the girls, the sweet owner of the gym and their amazing coaches this season!

This year we scrimmaged during a practice at the local YMCA.... Yeah not a smart idea since one senior picked up and slammed a girl unecessarily because she "threw elbows." The same girl ended up tackling another girl during the game and I'm surprised she didn't get kicked out of the game for it.

... I'll let the rest of the boards attack the whole "knees" thing. Another note though, I can not get over how much I love that creative transition into the double ups!
ETA: Just noticed only the center group does it but I really hope they all end up doing it.
