I've never attempted a high-high double up or a ground-up double up so IDK, but while the ground-up requires much more strength on the stunt groups' part, it seems easier to spin. like the flyer has an abundance of time to spin, while the high-high has to be MUCH faster.

Xtranormal closed down temporarily in 2013, and everything that was on the site disappeared into the place where missing socks from the dryer end up. So it's likely we won't see it reappear.

Yea, I was hoping someone had saved it somewhere or re-uploaded it at some point, but no luck.

Saw a video last night on twitter of fame super seniors doing the double up from the ground. Looks like that's the thing to do this season.

A lot of people/teams admire brandon for the creativity so im not surprised a lot of teams are trying it, whether it actually ends up in the routine, who knows.
I mean it's a lot like that one youtube video of the stunt group that pops up at the end of the season highlighting all the big name stunt sequences. I'm blanking on the name of that channel...

Yup, it's ForTheLoveofStunting 201_ where Britni Love is their amazing flyer doing stunt sequences of some teams. But the latest one was 2013 though

Whitney and Britni Love are literally [emoji7], I could watch them tumble/stunt all day. Debbie Love couldn't have done more of an amazing job with her two daughters, makes you wonder what the other 4 siblings have achieved in their lives (even though it's not in cheerleading).
