I don't understand how people are getting around the Summit requirements for shirts. I would swear, that the release all parent/coaches sign, says you will not use the word "Summit" on anything....?

XVIII. LOGO USAGE Teams will not be allowed to use The Summit logo or the Varsity All Star logo including; banners, rings, bows, t-shirts etc.

It because they aren't using the actual logo...Varsity can't copy write just the word Summit so as long as they don't use the varsity logo or "The Summit" there isn't much varsity can do about it
