My CP has been cheering for a long time. So, I have some ideas, but was curious about advice for preparing for tryouts for a level 7 coed team? Her season ended with Worlds. She won’t have tryouts till October. Looking for inexpensive ways for her to stay in shape and prepare for tryouts.

Varsity has great summer workout videos and tips designed for cheerleaders. Also I’m sure you could find cheer-centric workout stuff on YouTube or social media. There’s an influencer for everybody’s needs.
