you can never go wrong with a cross pop shimmy...its clean but you can still show some attitude.

My coaches say it isn't clean, but I love when someone lands a tough pass and does hands on hips or hair whip shimmy really anything that shows that they were proud and enthusiastic about what they did. (:

clean to the front and keep going. the worst is when another tumbler hits or collides with the girl who is standing there doing a hairflip. oooh and when someone completely faceplants than gets up and shimmy's. bleck!
