Wow, I haven't heard about this jump since I was in high school. I actually competed it a few times but it's very rare to have people perform it correctly.

I taught Amber this jump years ago and it took her quite a while to get it right. It's a pike out to toe touch. She stopped competing it her sophomore year because the judges for individuals apparently didn't know what it was and kept marking her down for a messed up toe touch!
