at my gym we have a contest to see who can leave the most dents in the ceiling. (since our celing is made out of this stirfoam sliver stuff) who ever makes the biggest dent gets to play on the trampolines

at my gym we have this thing we do called the "flying cheese mat" where we run jump then belly flop on to the cheese mat.

-Are told to 'warm up'; we have a foam block fight in the pits, or do the macarena
-See who can fit the most forwards rolls into the floor space
-Work hard!!! (LOL jk.)

There is like a bar plank thing in the ceiling above the foam pit so you can sit on it or jump off and land in the pit or whatever :D

we have jumps to tuck competitions to see who can do the most jumps with actually landing the tuck.

At my gym, it's pretty much a prerequisite for the parent/athlete to bring the coach SOMETHING from Starbucks if they have a private lesson....we're ALL addicted!!
