It's my first year of allstar cheer and I've done high school cheer for a couple years before this. In high school cheer we never really had someone coaching us helping us improve our skills, so I've had a back handspring for a year or so, but it's not clean, and doesn't give me a rebound. I'm trying to move up levels at my gym since I'm a level 5 flyer and level 2 tumbler, so does anyone have any tips for a clean back handspring and how to improve tumbling quickly? Sorry this was so long.. Thanks!
