it was the mother whom used this excuse on the spot...but honestly this story is probably the most out there unbelievable thing ever haha..but I swear we still talk about it to this day.

I'm not a coach but I am the sort of the captain figure of my all-star team.. I texted everyone to remind them we had practice, then later texted them to remind them that it was VERY important that they be in attendance (we were reworking our routine). One girl texted me "I won't be there" I asked why... She was going to a movie. "I didn't know it was mandatory. And I just can't cancel these plans."

............ Can someone tell me when a full-team practice isn't mandatory? Anyone?
