Size up on the 3-strap. The kids felt that it ran a bit smaller than normal.

if your busty definitely go up a size as they are a bit snug. Also, you need to literally pull/snap the band at the bottom of the sports bra. It sounds like its tearing But it's not. My daughter is a size 10 (girls) and wears a ym but I know a lot of the older girls sized up especially in the one with the straps.
