All-Star Can Someone Tell Me If These Are Legal?

For Senior level 4 are these two running tumbling passes legal: Punch front- round-off-whip-whip-tuck and/or Round off- whip - whip -backhandspring-layout It was hard to understand the rule, they seemed vague. I know that it is illegal in standing, but not sure in running. Thanks in advance!

The rule only applies to standing tumbling from what I can see. Those passes should be legal.
