Is A punch front through round off backhandspring back tuck legal for level 3 tumbling?

It has to be punch front forward roll or punch front with I think 2 steps in between the punch front and the round off for it to be legal, no punch front step outs allowed

From last year to this year they changed it. You can forward roll out of a punch front, just like last year, but you have to take an additional step or hurdle between a forward roll and a front walkover or round off. And no step outs that are connected to anything, as seein_starz said.
