Pyramid song- I know CEA loves Celine Dion so how about "A New Day Has Come"
The chorus has great lyrics that could be relatable to Sr Elite. It's a slow song but it could sped up easily. (:
I recommend parts on the chorus, but there are some really good parts all through the song.
My fave lyrics: "Let it shatter the walls for a new sun, a new day has come."

And what about "The show goes on" by Lupe Fiasco. Again the lyrics relate to Sr Elite's experience.

I could definitely see this song in CEA Sr.Elites music. I think from 2:31-2:56 would be a great team stunt song!

This is not a brag - just merely an observation. I got a chance to see Senior Elite's 2012 potential stunt sequences when I chatted with Courtney at the JamU conference in Louisville. (Side note: As a dedicated fan to the Teal Community, my lips are SEALED) I can tell you that CEA is finally done with their 'worn out' (not meant to be slam, obviously) stretch to stretch tick tock they have in their elite section every year. They are bringing a whole new 'revolution' to stunting that NO ONE can or will match.

From talking to Courtney and seeing the options on the table for stunts - Id like to see them 'stray' away from their Celine Dion and their typical 'Beleive' CEA SE music choices and just BRING IT with some in your face (not to be confused with cocky) music selections! As Courtney said in an old post somewhere - They used the basis of this past years routine based on finding the 'formula' the year prior of finding a 'World Champion' Routine. Since that didnt work this year year (They still would have gotten 3rd with or witout the fall) her mind is open to creativity and a new formula to blow everyone out of the water. I can tell you from what I saw - They arent playing, and a 'New' style of CEA music would fit them perfectly.

Now, to get back on topic... My song selection vote goes for going with a whole new look and feel of Senior Elite!

Think back to the Showcase of 2009-2010 season. When you saw their routine for the first time. It was like a jam packed never before seen routine. Take that times 10 and Im guessing that will be your reaction this year. I cant speak for @Ceacoach , but it sounds like they are starting from scratch all over again for that World Champion formula - and she aint playin, neither are the flyers or bases.

I think that Rich has been polite and tactful in expressing his feelings about CEA. I'm not a CEA fan either. Does that mean that I'm lolsmileyface? nope. That guy's a jerk, and says things in a rude way...just likes to stir up trouble.....hmmm...which is what you're doing here.....making something out of nothing.....maybe you're lolsmileyface?

No offense, but that's not been true on a number of occasions. I personally thing it's very tasteless and completely unnecessary (yet never commented on it until now) for a coach to make a comment about hoping Senior Elite would fall at worlds and when someone replied to him, he said something along the lines of "I'll take a win any way I can" (not his exact quote, but I'm not searching for it at the moment, but it's still there). Do you consider that polite and tactful? For the most part I think he's a funny poster and I don't really care if he likes CEA or not, so his dislike doesn't bother me.

I can definitely see though, how StarshipTrooper could potentially be upset w/him and rightfully so when those kinds of comments are made, don't you agree? Do you think it's appropriate for a coach to say things like that, especially considering the number of threads always talking about sportsmanship. We're constantly talking about how the program/gym and parents should lead by example and teach kids proper sportsmanship, but when you see things like that...you just have to wonder ya know?

Now being a sensible person, I don't blame an entire gym for one person's actions..even if he is a coach, because he's not the owner or head coach, but I think comments like that are really out of line for a coach.

Next, just because I don't like CEA doesn't mean I'm a horrible person. I am actually one of the nicest people you will meet. I get along with every...except for you and meanj. And I go out of my way to help people and do things I don't need to.

So stop making assumptions about me just because i didn't drink the Kool-aid.
On a side note. I have an alias that I only used like 5 times, and everyone thought it was hysterical.

Simple rules. Opinion is allowed. No cussing. No negative talking about an individual minor. I don't read all posts so unless I am @tagged I dont see everything AND all the other admins can feel free to moderate as well. I just end up being on here the most since I have a job sitting in front a computer.

Fierce Board, where you are free to be a hater on whoever you want! But you can't just badmouth.

Example: Stingray Spice last year just had a weak tumbling team. I am surprised they didn't get lower (opinion with some obvious observation).

Everyone on Stingray Spice doesn't shower and I heard all their girls are mean (this would be unnacceptable... notice this is the 'G' version. usually I will leave this up so a coach or team member can respond. Solid thought our responses usually quiet any of this silliness... but if the statement is truly hurtful I will kill it).

PS - remember these were just examples and Spice really was amazing :)

Can you tell if someone is hiding behind a proxy? Really computer savvy people know how hide their IP's if they're using AE's. Just wondering if you had the ability to discern whether or not someone was using a proxy.
