Even when she does a tough love talk, Misty is still so professional. She never really yells or condescends, but rather seems to treat her athletes like responsible adults whom she trusts. It's very refreshing to see that, compared with other coaches that just scream their heads off.

Completely agree, but I think it also helps that Blink is an open team, so the athletes are (on the whole) older, more accountable for their own actions etc.

So looks like from Instagram, several (including Eric) tried out for Louisville ladybirds and made it. That should be fun to watch next year!
