I am a coach and I am looking for music and voice over ideas, it is my first year coaching and I am stuck, since the cheer season here in Aus starts in July.
Here are some details and I am here BEGGING FOR HELP, have had sleepless nights trying to work out music and choreography.

Club Name: NRG cheersports (NRG isn't an abbreviation. Means energy)
Team name: Bullets
Colours: Red, White and/or silver
Level: Senior Level 1
All-Girl
Kinda girly girls, not really idk

Please help me. It would mean the world :)

I'm not sure exactly what it is my coach uses but she sends her routine count sheets to a cheer music company and says the songs she wants for certain sections and they speed it up and add effects and voice overs for her and send her the finished music.
